ATS metal discs are interchangeable with ATS carbon discs, and every component is also sold separately as a repair part. Spec II is the ATS low pedal effort specification. This is the ATS Double Action Pull clutch: a stepped double action plate operates long and short diaphragm release arms, so the pedal first fully disengages the clutch and then gives a slow, wide half-clutch zone (3 to 5 times wider than a conventional reinforced pull clutch) that makes stalling on take-off very unlikely.
