To retrofit your E-Throttle to Cable, please Use a Fit GD Pedal and accelerator cable. Modification are necessary!
Maximum Recommended Trumpet Length: 35mmThis is the third version of our Individual Throttle Body design, introducing a fully customisable linkage system for perfect idle tuning.
The New ITB V3 feature:
*New multidirectional linkage assembly uses Japanese-made bearings for a smooth throttle response. The new linkage system allows for individual adjustment of each throttle plate individually for the precise idle fine tuning.
*The introduction of a new CNC Machined Titanium shaft avoids any distortion due to wear and tear, and keeps the assembly light for a great pedal feel.
*Each throttle body flap is now individually customised to each throttle body for perfect fitment, preventing any leak.
*This new system also allows us to machine 55mm throttle body opening for the most hardcore setups.
*Billet Individual throttle body adapter, also called Runner, these are calculated to make the installation easy and keeping the ITB Mechanism closed to the head to ensure perfect flow and less turbulence. The shorter flow's travel also enhances engine response and Torque.
* Billet ITB system. Our ITB are machined in one piece of billet aluminum on high precision CNC Machine to ensure perfect fitting and flow. Fully mounted on ball bearing to get a smooth pedal feel and perfect air delivery in each cylinder. Each Throttle plate are manufactured in copper to avoid any sticky feeling under high heat. Throttle Diameter may Vary depending on engine model, we usually propose 3 different diameters yet you can contact us for any design. The Throttle body diameter are listed on the specs so let us know during time of ordering.
Anodisation are also available on request for the ITB Body. If you want to make your engine bay shines, we propose 8 different colours to match your style! Please check the picture and let us know during checkout. ( default colour is silver)
Each Throttle plates are commanded by a single mechanism making the hidling tuning of each cylinder a breeze and avoiding chaotic hidling. * Teflon gaskets are included between the runner and the itb as well as the trumpet to ensure low heat conductivity.
* Custom lenght Trumpet. It is important to choose the right trumpet lenght depending on your application. For higher peak power we recommend shorter Trumpet lenght. For Torque, we recommend longer lenght. You can choose the appropriate lenght in our option menu on the right. Certain engine responses are different so feel free to enquire, we will ba glad to help you.
* Vaccum Box is included, get all your vaccum set at once and link it to your brake booster and other encilliaries. It also includes all billet fitting with different diameter to get it linked to your vaccum circuit promptly. Please note that vaccum hoses are not included in this kit.
Rzcrew Garage ITB are modular. They follow the same bolt pattern as our Airstream Billet Manifold, with that in mind you can easily upgrade your Airstream billet Manifold to ITB or purchase the intake manifold box separetly if you wish to run an air filter on your ITB setup.

In December 2019, we flew to France to meet our good friends at CRTUNE, the mission was simple: Dyno and test our prototype. Their K20A Eg6 is already quite a beast but well power is never enough. Their setup is the following:

Drag cartel 2.2 Camshafts
Dry Sump setup
Exhaust header and catback 2.5"
Adding our Itb to the mix made 278HP and 267Nm Torque. Video and pictures Below!
Important Note:
Our system follows the stock Throttle position sensor for ease of installation, please note that you will need a standalone ECU for starting you car and tuning it properly.We highly recommend a professional tuner to do the job and install them.
Fitting ITBs required higher compressions as well as up-rated camshafts to ensure a proper Horse power and Torque Gain, Fitting it on a stock engine is do-able yet not the best to maximise your setup.
All our Individual Throttle bodies are actionned by cable and you may be required to convert your pedal and mechanism if using EThrottle. Modification on your accelerator cable may be needed in certain case.
It may not be available for your car but feel free to ask, we will be glad to customize something for you.
