RZCREW GARAGE (RZCrew Trading Pte Ltd) is a performance parts distributor dealing with over 970 brands globally. We ship direct to customer from our warehouses in Japan, USA and Europe.

We take pride in delivering the highest quality original goods to our customers to ensure reliability and trust in their builds.


Orders and deliveries

From time to time we may be unable to meet our usual delivery times due to certain items being unavailable, in which case we will advise you. If this does occur, you will be given the opportunity to order an alternative, or have the products sent as soon as they become available.

We make every effort to ensure the prices are accurate, however changes beyond our control do occasionally occur. If this happens, we reserve the right to cancel the order, or we will contact you before shipping your order to gain your agreement to the revised price or to amend the order.

We do our best to show the most up to date product photos, but due to the amount of parts listed on the store, we might not always have the latest photos in case of manufacturer's design change. Product photos used may be generic and the actual product may differ. If you are unsure about the product when placing your order, contact us to check the latest product photos.

Orders are accepted at the sole discretion of RZCrew Garage and are subject to your credit or account card being authorised for the transaction.

All transactions are conducted through Stripe’s secure server. You will receive a confirmation email within 24 hours of your order being placed. This will include your order number, our contact details, a full list of the products you have ordered and all costs.

Every effort is taken to ensure that the information contained in this web site is correct and up to date. However, RZCrew Garage disclaims all warranties and representations as to the accuracy of any information contained if at any time it becomes inadvertently out of date or incomplete. RZCrew Garage cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage that may arise from the use of this information.

All orders are dispatched after Stripe's and/or Bank Transfer payment is cleared and fully transferred to RZCrew Garage' account, within 7 working days; if there is likely to be a delay we inform you as soon as possible.

RZCrew Trading Pte Ltd will not bear any extra costs in the case that the shipping address is not recognised by international shipping companies, we will offer to change the shipping address (top up fees might be chargeable), or otherwise you may refer to the Returns Policy below.

Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items in their original packaging within 10 days of delivery for a full refund. Returns are on a case to case basis if the good does not fit. Return shipping costs and restocking fees are to be borne by us if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item only). If a customer insists on a return which is not the result of our mistake, we reserve the rights to decide how the refund, return, and all involved costs will be handled at our sole company's discretion.

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

Any manufacturing defect reported to RZCrew after 1 week from delivery will not be eligible for refund. Item exchange will be subjected at the manufacturer's discretion.

Warranty does not include payment and/or reimbursement of the cost of labor in connection with the removal of any product returned pursuant to the warranty, or in connection with the installation of any replacement items.

For warranty returns, shipping costs to and from the manufacturer will be borne by the buyer, unless the manufacturer agrees to cover the costs, on case to case basis.
RZCrew Trading has the right to refuse a claim at any time.

Any fitting issues reported to RZCrew within 1 month after delivery will not be eligible for exchange. Installation must be performed by a registered workshop and done following the manufacturer's installation instructions. Photos of the installation and issues must be submitted.

Any RZCrew customized parts (Engraving, Diameter, Machining, Anodization) ordered cannot be cancelled and/or refunded once production has started.

If you need to return an item, please contact us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to proceed.

All claims must be accompanied with a picture of the product showing the issue for which the claim is being submitted.


We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products that cannot be shipped to international destinations or country.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page. RZCrew Garage applies a unique Shipping per origin Method where shipping cost would be calculated from the manufacturer's country of origin, using the most affordable and swiftest method.

Shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full Kilogram.

Please note that in certain countries, customs border inspections may be required for specific products and materials due to regulatory restrictions (e.g., brake pad compounds). Rzcrew Trading Pte Ltd cannot be held responsible for any expenses incurred in relation to supporting testing, laboratory requirements, or customs border compliance. It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure compliance with all applicable regulations and bear any associated costs.

Please note that import taxes are not included into the price for the United Kingdom since their latest exit from the UN and Brexit regulations.

Credit cards Security

Your credit/debit card details are entered on a secure payment web server HTTPS. Details of the secure payment system and credited cards accepted are as detailed on the Stripe website. No transaction or credit card number are used on our server.
Please note that all transactions are taken in Singapore Dollar (SGD).

Bank Transfers

Please note that all wire transfer charges are to be borne by the sender. Order processing will only be done after full & correct amount of payment is verified.

Uncollected Orders

RZCrew Trading Pte Ltd will hold uncollected orders for up to 3 months (90 days) from the notification date of order fulfillment to the customer. During this time we will undertake all necessary efforts to contact to the client. If unsuccessful, RZCrew Trading will liquidate the order items for inventory and suppliers payment. No refunds will be given beyond this timeframe.
