High temperature durability has been dramatically improved due to the outstanding heat resistance temperature. Of course, it is also ideal for racing cars and tuning cars with high exhaust temperatures.
Special stainless steel fiber is used as a reinforcing material! The bandage is reinforced with "Naslon", which is a stainless steel fiber with outstanding strength, but can be processed in the same way as ordinary fibers (patented). This process greatly reduces the breakage of the bandage fibers at high temperatures when the exhaust pipe expands, resulting in a dramatic improvement in strength.
Ease of winding and abundant variations! "Silica Fiber" is a flexible material, so it fits perfectly into complex shapes. In addition, the width of the bandage is a lineup of 3 types of 25mm / 35mm / 50mm according to the bend of the pipe. Also, the thickness of the bandage can be selected from two types of 0.8mm/1.2mm depending on the insulation performance and the space between the pipes.
Since there is no "tingling" skin irritation during installation work, workability is greatly improved. *Do not wrap the bandage while it is wet.
