The crimp force is increased by approximately 40% compared to the genuine product, and the transmission force is improved. There is one for thin R metal and one for genuine thick (thick S metal & ultra fiber).
By using lightweight, high-strength fibers that are also used in body armor (bulletproof clothing), we can increase the heat resistance of other raw materials and the combination of materials, making it resistant to extremely high temperatures. We succeeded in reducing weight while maintaining wear resistance and friction performance. It contributes not only to friction performance but also to lower clutch disc inertia, improving shift feeling and extending the life of transmission synchronizers.
