A lightweight damper reduces inertia for an excellent shift feel and shift speed, the disengage characteristics are tuned for faster shifts, and a high-capacity, low-inertia damper protects the transmission from excessive shock. Depending on the application the disc uses lightweight metal or organic (UF-EVO) facing. EXEDY advises against combining it with other brands' clutch parts; some applications must be paired with the EXEDY Single Sports Series cover.
