The HKS S-Type Front Mount Intercooler Kit for the Subaru Impreza WRX STI GDB (EJ207) is designed for light-tuned setups, combining strong cooling efficiency with quick response. HKS developed a dedicated low pressure-loss S-type core and designed the piping layout to be as straight and short as possible to minimize the typical response loss of front-mount conversions.

  • Requires Racing Suction Reloaded 70020-AF006 (sold separately).
  • Front bumper and reinforcement must be modified.
  • Stock fog lamps and stock recirculation valve cannot be installed (HKS recommends Super SQV).
  • Not compatible with STI Spec C (models with transmission/engine oil cooler).
