The KAAZ LSD has a built-in clutch plate and pressure ring, and the pressure ring operates by pressurizing the clutch plate, providing extremely strong locking performance and excellent driving response. The LSD acts as a standard differential when the vehicle is traveling straight or when the left and right drive wheels have the same number of revolutions.
Once the rotation speeds of the left and right drive wheels are differential, the cross shaft located in the center of the LSD spreads the pressure ring and pressurizes the clutch plate. When all clutch plates are fully engaged, the left and right drive wheels are locked and the torque from the engine is equally transmitted to both wheels.
