The "Height Down Block Kit" is a kit of down blocks and U-bolts required to lower a Hiace. By making the block body multifunctional, we have completely overcome the shortcomings that could not be compensated for with conventional products.
?A bold and elegant form born from the pursuit of increased strength and weight reduction!
The block body is made of A6061 aluminum extrusion material, which is lightweight and highly rigid. After cutting with a CNC lathe, it is shot blasted and black anodized.
?Uses the patented "fitting cone" technology, which enables unprecedented assembly precision!
An innovative conical center pin is inserted into the center of the top surface of the block. A perfect fit is achieved by combining it with the "surface lock U-bolt" which boasts strong holding power.

? Axle guide
Suppresses axle vibration (thrust angle) caused by misalignment in the front and rear directions. Significant improvement in straightness allows you to accurately trace the driving lane even on rough roads.
?Angle adjustment function
Optimizes the axle inclination angle in sync with the angle change of the leaf spring. Reduces the burden on the transmission and propeller shaft.
Centering function:
Adjusts the axle offset to the driver's seat side to the center of the vehicle. Allows for a perfect flush setting.
Off-center correction function:
Corrects the forward movement of the axle and corrects the wheel position to the center of the fender arch.
Multiple sizes are available every 0.5 inches (12.5 mm)!
Vehicle height changes depending on the leaf spring specifications and load. A wide range of sizes allows you to set up the vehicle height exactly as you want it.
