Specifications:Manufacturer: Okuyama CarbingSeparator : The inside has a double structure, and the oil that has accumulated in the lower part can be collected properly. This is why the pipe of the CARBING oil catch tank has the IN-OUT indication. Also, the separator plate has a vent hole so that it does not affect the flow rate of blow-by gas.
Level gauge : You can see the amount of oil stored in the tank at a glance.
Drain bolt : There is no need to remove the tank each time the oil that has accumulated in the tank can be drained by simply loosening the drain bolt.
By installing a special baffle plate inside, air mixed in with the coolant is reliably removed, allowing the radiator to perform at its full potential.
The material used is lightweight and highly durable aluminum (A5052), which is also used in ships, and the surface is anodized to withstand the harsh environment of the engine room, where temperature fluctuations are extreme.
Replacing the original tank with this one will also enhance the appearance of the engine bay.
- The filler neck section uses a highly precise and durable machined aluminum filler neck (A6063), achieving both improved quality and precision.
- Installation is a bolt-on process, using the same mounting method as the original part.
*The original radiator cap is used.
