The R series is the highest-capacity OS Giken line: metal discs on a center hub inside an aluminium cover, built for drag, drift, time attack and top-level racing. Developed mainly for big-displacement turbocharged engines; mild operation with improved durability and heat resistance. R3B is a triple plate clutch with a aluminium cover and 184mm metal discs, using a center hub to raise torque transmission; cover clamp force 9,800N (1,000kgf). Supplied as a complete assembly: flywheel, housing, clutch discs, center plates, pressure plate, clutch cover, center hub and cover bolts.
