This is the NEW Airstream Intake Manifold for the Volkswagen TFSI 2L Turbo Engine found in the Golf MK5 / MK6 GTI. This newly designed intake manifold for the tfsi engine features:
- A new flange system for easy bolt-on installation.
- A newly designed plenum with optimised airflow and 45% volume increament compare to stock.
- Reworked trumpets for better performance along the whole power range even on Automatic cars.
- Flap control valves adjuster adjustable Bracket included.

All Rzcrew Racing Airstream Intake Manifolds feature high capacity plenums for better engine response and calculated oversized runners to ensure a faster airflow into the engine head. The flange is made to match the stock head for a seamless and turbulence-free air flow in the combustion chamber.
Our proprietary AirStream technology features internal trumpets angled to optimise air flow and ensure each cylinder is fed with the same amount of air. The results are improved power along the entire rev range.

RZCrew's Aluminum intake manifolds are direct-fit replacements for the original intakes and designed to work with stock or oversized throttle bodies. Please check the specifications for the supported throttle body diameter, plenum size, etc.
Our manifolds are designed to be heavy duty to handle racing application without showing weaknesses or cracks.

We highly recommend to have your intake manifolds professionally installed and Tune with a standalone to get the best performance out of our intakes.

The RZCrew manifolds generate between 10 to 30hp with supporting modifications (big turbo, higher flow injectors, etc) and engine tuning.
Our intake Manifold features a stock Throttle body pattern ( 60mm inlet diameter) To accomodate any Aftermarket Throttle body. Maf sensor wiring may need to be extended or rerouted during instalation. Coolant paasage and hoses may need to be modified during installation. ECU needs a reflash in case of checking engine light appearing. Please note that this intake has been tested on GOLF GTI MK5 and MK6, It may fits more TFSI Engine yet modification may be necessary for installation.
