The RZCREW RACING Billet Crankshaft is engineered from premium aerospace-grade 4340 steel billet for uncompromising strength and reliability. Each unit is CNC-machined on state-of-the-art 5-axis Mazak Integrex 300-IV equipment to exacting tolerances of 0.0001".
Key performance features:
— Enhanced Rigidity: Large-radius journals designed to withstand extreme horsepower, boost, and high-RPM demands.
— Optimized Oiling System: Gun-drilled, CNC-ground oil passages with a micro-polished finish; tear-dropped scoops; and cross-drilled priority main oiling for superior lubrication and bearing longevity.
— Advanced Durability: Stress-relieved, shot-peened, magnaflux-inspected, and nitrided via a multi-step heat-treatment process for maximum fatigue resistance.
— Reduced Windage: Fully profiled counterweights minimize oil drag within the crankcase, improving RPM response and efficiency.
This crankshaft is precision-balanced and designed specifically for the Honda B18C Type R engine (87.2mm stroke).
It can also be used as a stroker application in the B16B when fitted with B18C connecting rods.
