Samco is the leader in the Cooling hose system for a reason. Their Unique 3 to 5 plies design ensure long lasting qualities to any type of usages: Boost, Cooling, Fueling. Their design is composed of:
Outer surface coating to resist extreem deterioration to heat or cold.
Unique 3 to 5 plies lamination superposing original silicone material and aramid fiber on 3 to 5 layers depending on the item and hose diameter, the strength exceeds by far any OEM units. The 5 kg / cm2 normal maximum pressure resistance (in the case of inner diameter 25 mm) prevents hose expansion and burst.
Precise and carefully hand-made construction creates an extremely flat inner surface, completely eliminating stress on the fluid . In addition, all sections are covered by adopting suitable treatment for applications such as oil, fuel, heat resistance.
