Description
The 4x4 Damper Sport is Tein's lift damper for 4WD vehicles, setting ride height about 40mm (1.5 inch) above standard.
These shock absorbers are made for owners who drive everything from the daily commute to genuine off-road tracks and want clearance without losing comfort.
Ride height is set by moving the lower spring seat, a simple structure that is easy to handle. The Hydraulic Bump Stopper (H.B.S.) is mounted inside the shock absorber and generates damping force near full bump, converting the impact into heat and absorbing it instead of throwing it back at the car. Proven in the World Rally Championship, it keeps the ride settled over big bumps even with the car fully loaded.
