Description
The Type HG is Tein's rally and dirt trail damper, developed from the company's extensive competition experience.
These shock absorbers are made for rally and dirt racing where the surface changes constantly and the damper has to survive it.
Features:
- 16 x 16 way damping adjustment, compression and rebound adjusted separately
- Ride height adjustment via adjustable spring seats
- Twin tube design, steel construction for durability on rough courses
- External reservoirs for additional oil capacity and increased stroke
- Unique free piston to prevent performance-sapping aeration
- 3 stage powder coat
- Available for overhaul
Some applications use large diameter spring seats, allowing both OEM and aftermarket springs to be fitted.
